Kevin Richardson to reunite with Backstreet Boys

01133249

Kevin Richardson has rejoined Backstreet Boys after departing the boy band five years ago. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the singer said he will reunite with the four other members for a special concert in the Bahamas on December 3 that will take place on the Backstreet Boys' second annual cruise, SS Backstreet, which takes place from December 2-5.

“I would never say that it would never happen. I would love to perform with them again on a more regular basis," Richardson said in the interview. "Our chemistry when we come together just feels like old times.”

Since Richardson's departure, the band has released two albums and toured with the New Kids On The Block as NKOTBSB. They are working on a new album and continuing to tour with the New Kids into 2012 but Richardson has not confirmed whether not he'll be involved in future endeavors.

Kanye West and Drake to work on Justin Bieber's next album

00858216

Justin Bieber will work with rappers Kanye West and Drake on his forthcoming sophomore album "Believe." The pop star revealed the news in an interview with Capital FM's Rich Clarke, explaining that he's still in the midst of recording and aiming for a 2012 release.

"I'm working with a lot of cool people. I'm working with Kanye. Drake is going to work on the album with me," he said in the interview. "I just learned about picking the right songs and making sure that I create a sound that people aren't really used to hearing so that it's new and fun and people enjoy it."

He didn't elaborate on the collaborations, particularly whether West, who previously collaborated with Bieber and rapper Raekwon on a remix of "Runaway Love" last year, would be producing, rapping or both.

Earlier this week the "Baby" singer's manager said "Believe" should be out next summer.

Amy Winehouse died from alcohol poisoning: coroner

01039663

Amy Winehouse died after consuming too much alcohol, a British coroner ruled on Wednesday. The Associated Press reports an inquest into the soul singer's death found the level of alcohol in her blood was over five times the legal drunk-driving limit and gave a verdict of "death by misadventure."

"The unintended consequence of such potentially fatal levels (of alcohol) was her sudden and unexpected death," coroner Suzanne Greenaway said. The "Back To Black" singer had 416mg per decilitre of blood in her system. The legal limit is 80mg.

Winehouse was found dead in her London home on July 23. She was 27.

The inquest, held in London, heard from Winehouse's doctor Christina Romete who testified that days before she died she had resumed drinking after a period of abstinence. A police detective that was called by her live-in security guard said he found two large vodka bottles and one small one in her bedroom.

Romete added that Winehouse had been prescribed the sedative Librium to cope with alcohol withdrawl symptoms, but the coroner said it played no role in her death and found no traces of illegal substances in her system.

John Mayer recovering from throat surgery

00600220

John Mayer has postponed several concerts and the release of his next album in order to recover from throat surgery. The singer/songwriter had a growth, called granuloma, removed from his vocal chord and must rest his voice for the next month.

"It’s been a very long process in waiting to see if time was an alternative to surgery," he wrote on his Tumblr. "But even given two weeks’ voice rest (along with many other approaches), there was no change for the better."

In September, Mayer canceled gigs in Las Vegas and Los Angeles after doctors diagnosed the condition. He also postponed the recording of his fifth album, "Born and Raised," until next year.

"I should be frustrated but I can’t seem to stop thinking about beautiful things," he added. "I never thought I’d be wishing I could do what I love again; I stay in at night, picking guitar parts off of records and dreaming of playing on the big stage. The only difference between now and when I was 18 is that now I have this beautiful, meaningful record waiting for me when I can sing it."

I would like to know why MSN has to take a look at Jennifer's past. Is not her business how many men, whether they be good or bad, isn't that her business? You may be saying why did I (me) go on line and read about Jennifer since I feel that it is her business. You are right, I just wanted to see what negative things would be said about her. All in all, she is single and can have as many men as she wants. One thing I know, so far she doesn't seem to have been dating married men.
