LMFAO: 'break-up rumours are completely false'

LMFAO 1

LMFAO have called rumours that they are feuding behind the scenes and on the verge of breaking up "completely false."

Earlier this month, The New York Post reported that tensions over money had arisen between dance-pop duo Redfoo and Skyblu. The cause of the supposed rift was Redfoo getting more $100,000-per night DJ gigs than Skyblu as well as the ginger-coiffed one naming his Las Vegas club residency "Pary Rock" after their number one hit single "Party Rock Anthem."

In a conference call with reporters ahead of their forthcoming North American tour, the duo brushed the rumour aside, Rolling Stone reports.

"It's completely false. We're family at the end of the day. Blood is stronger than anything," Skyblu said, alluding to the fact that he's Redfoo's nephew.

"Sky might be doing a DJ set in South America and I might be in Vegas, and they'll say, 'Oh, they're separate doing things. How can we make a story out of that?'" added Redfoo. "We have to be smart enough to recognize it's all a game, keep executing our vision and turn this world into a party planet."
