The Wanted apologizes for calling Xtina "a b----"

The Wanted

A member of boy band The Wanted has apologized for calling The Voice judge Christina Aguilera "a b----."

After the group performed on the singing competition series, member Tom Parker (pictured, third from the left) apparently had an unpleasant encounter with the pop star. "She’s a b----," he said later in an interview with New York radio station 92.3 NOW FM. "She might not be a b---- in real life, but to us she was a b----."

An online flap ensued and, in another interview with TMZ, Parker apologized for the remark. "We shouldn’t have said it, to be honest with you," he said. "We just think manners cost nothing, you know what I mean? The rest of the judges were really nice. She didn’t really look at us or talk to us."

"We apologize for the comment," he added.
