Drake announces 2012 OVO Fest line-up

Drake has revealed the line-up for the third edition of his hometown hip-hop festival, OVO Fest. The annual concert will take place August 5 at Toronto's Molson Canadian Amphitheatre and feature performances by rappers A$AP Rocky and 2 Chainz, Toronto R&B artist The Weeknd, and Drizzy himself.

"A special night we’ve created for the greatest city… Toronto," he tweeted.

Each year the show features several high-profile surprise guests. In addition to scheduled appearances by Rick Ross and The Weeknd, surprise performers at last year's OVO Fest included rappers Nas, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, and American music icon Stevie Wonder. The first concert included surprise sets by Jay-Z and Eminem.

Drake is in the midst of his Club Paradise tour, which is due to wrap-up on June 17 in Boston.
