Kanye West sex tape being shopped around: report
A sex tape that reportedly stars rapper Kanye West is for sale.
Gossip site Radar Online claims that the 20-minute clip in question was filmed in a hotel room with an unidentified woman who tells the star she is 18 years old and in an unhappy marriage.
To prove the footage is legit, Radar has posted a screen grab along with a fairly descriptive account of what happens on the tape, which was apparently shot by West himself.
A porn industry insider told the site that the video was made shortly before the "Mercy" rapper started dating his current girlfriend, reality star Kim Kardashian who, incidentally, became famous in 2007 after a homemade video of her and R&B singer Ray J having sex was leaked.
"The sex tape is being shopped right now and there's a lot of interest, but Kanye is freaking out," the source said. "He doesn't want this tape out and will do anything to make sure it stays private... If this were to hit the market it would be worth a fortune... there would definitely be a lot of people wanting to see this."
Gawker reports that porn site Sex.com has offered the tape's anonymous owner US $1 million for exclusive rights to host it. "By making a Kanye West sex-tape public, Sex.com feels that he and current girlfriend Kim Kardashian will become the first celebrity sex-tape power couple," the site said in a statement.
