Taylor Swift premieres country single "Begin Again"

After releasing the high-powered pop anthem "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Togther," country-pop star Taylor Swift has returned to a more straight-forward sound on "Begin Again," the second single taken from her forthcoming Red album.

The song is a departure from the usual break-up balladry, though in premiering the track on Ryan Seacrest's website and radio show Swift did manage to contexualize it as such. The song is about those times "when you’ve gotten through a really bad relationship and you finally dust yourself off and go on that first date, after a horrible break-up."
