Feist performs with Sloan in Brooklyn
Sloan recently invited fellow Canadian Leslie Feist (pictured) to join them onstage during an October 15 concert at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg.
The Toronto-based band is in the midst of an anniversary tour to mark the release of their classic 1994 album Twice Removed, which they re-issued in box set form last month.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Feist, who was in New York City to sing Kate Bush's part in "Don't Give Up" with Peter Gabriel at the Focus For Change benefit concert, surprised fans when she joined Sloan members Chris Murphy, Patrick Pentland, Jay Ferguson and Andrew Scott for a rendition of "She Says What She Means," a song off the group's 1998 album Navy Blues.
Feist previously performed the song with Sloan at a gig in Toronto last December. Check out footage from that show here.
