Afrojack to remix "Gangnam Style"

EDM producer and DJ Afrojack has remixed Korean pop star Psy's smash hit "Gangnam Style," Billboard reports.

The "Take Over Control" star told the magazine earlier this week that Psy personally reached out and said, "You're going to be the only one to remix 'Gangnam Style' and he responded, "OK. Dope!"

Due out next week, Afrojack's remix will be very dancefloor friendly. "Mine is like an EDM version," he explained, adding that he extended the sleeper hit single to "eight minutes." 

He also revealed that his debut album will likely be released in April and will feature a collaboration with R&B star Chris Brown entitled "As Your Friend."
